'Ostre Koto' is Polish for Fixed Gear

This vid has been circulating on bike blogs for the past month and I thought it was too good to ignore. It's beautifully shot, and looks at the basic elements behind a fixed gear build. Unfortunately I don't know what the Polish narrator is saying, but the video is great to watch anyway. Enjoy!
