These goggles, from Recon Instruments, are GPS enabled.
They don't require much interaction as the features, such as real-time stats (speed, altitude, vertical, run-counter, temperature and more) are presented to the wearer on a full-color micro LCD display. These goggles literally come with Google Maps.
They can also keep a log of averages, maximums and minimums for each run over the entire day. Want to document your runs? No problem - they're PC and Mac adaptable and through a micro USB port. They ran at $429, if you want a pair when they re-release them, keep an eye on this page.
These look like something out of a Bond film but they are 100% real, and extremely popular. Recon Instruments have pushed the boat out with these ones, I hope other brands follow suit.
