Dustin Farrell: Landscapes (Volume II)

Dustin Farrell recently completed this masterpiece timelapse video, the second in a series of ongoing genius photography projects.

Volume II is a series of images displaying flowing vignettes depicting natural settings in Arizona and Utah. 

Farrell took all of the photographs with a Canon 5D Mark II, using motion controlled HDR (high dynamic range) techniques. This time lapse has everything, it features thunderstorms, sunrise, sunsets and even phases of the moon.

It seems many people are now experimenting and producing their own time lapse videos, however there are few that stand out amongst the rest and this, I believe, is one of those. It pays off to take your time and capture the more rare sights at the most beautiful time of the day/year.

Photographers and film makers alike are now able to capture and share scenes with others that before were a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Keep them coming!
