The Wall of Death by Benedict Campbell

The Wall of Death is a short film shot by Benedict Campbell that takes a close look into the history of a traditional carnival attraction that has been seen all over that world since it's conception over eighty three years ago.

The film documents the Ken Fox Troupe as they tour the English countryside entertaining the masses with their classic death defying stunt that is still hugely popular among carnival goers and motorcycle fans today.

Ken Fox and his team are one of the last traditional families that still tour with the wall and through this video you can see the hard work and dedication that each member contributes to make it possible. Riding a vintage Indian Scout, Fox has been putting on his shows for nearly 35 years in the wooden circled wall that spans only 26 feet in diameter and is assembled piece by piece for each show.

The Fox family are truly inspiring and not to mention one of a kind. Go check out the well shot fourteen minute movie below.
