NY Adorned - 'Tradition'

Shot over a year at NY Adorned's 2nd Ave and Brooklyn locations, this short film by Evan Owen Davis captures tattooing and NYC beautifully.

The presence of tattoos in popular culture and fashion is ever on the increase, and tats are undoubtedly more socially acceptable than they were 50 years ago.

It's good to see Davis reiterate the value of tradition and permanence with his film, but also the excitement and romance of tattoos. This film makes me want to go back to NYC and visit NY Adorned.
