With the approach of the NYC Marathon and the Nike Women's Marathon in San Fransisco on the 6th of November and 16th October respectively, the brand have pulled together a couple of dope collabs of the Lunarglide +3 to coincide. The two shoes form part of the the Marathon City Series.
For the NYC edition, Nike have commissioned Mike Perry to build the sneaker. A black upper is highlighted in blue and yellow to the third and fourth eyelet panel and tongue. NYC is then emblazoned in a bright orange across the tongue, finished with a yellow outsole. These shoes look dope.
The NWM edition has been crafted as a commission by artist Hannah Stouffer, the kicks feature her artwork on the tongue, eyelet panel and insole with burnt orange laces and fuchsia branding on the tongue. The upper then sits on a purple outsole.
The Berlin Marathon City dropped two weeks ago, these have both just been released in Japan and a worldwide release is imminent.
