LUDWIG VAN X Quintin Co "Scout Caps"

After last years collaboration with Vans Vault I've been waiting to see what LA Based Ludwig Van were going to do next.

As with the Vans collab, the Quintin drop also shows a desire to create something contemporary using vintage deadstock fabric. This time around the materials of choice are WWII-Era Army Twill, Vietnam-Era Mitchell Camouflage, and Vintage Duck Canvas. The use of aged material is something Ludwig Van seem to be able to marry up well with the vessel, which in this case is a Quintin six panel cape.

We have consistently seen the headwear brand produce some choice builds in this style of cap including "The Countryman" and Ronnie Fiegs Pendleton wool releases. The two colorways look strong and each hat features Japanese vintage broadcloth lining, a selvage denim stash pocket inside and a leather embossed patch.

Both are available as of today through Quintin Co and Ludwig Van.
