PLAN B x Nixon Soundclash Project

Nixon have teamed up with PLAN B to create a unique collection aimed at skaters. Consisting of a deck, wheels and a portable TPS speaker, the Soundclash Project, as it's called, comes in five different colourways to represent five of Plan B's pro team riders.

The skaters and their colours are as follows; green for Colin McKay, red for Ryan Sheckler, black for Danny Way, purple for Tony Pudwill, and blue for Paul Rodriguez. 

Each board features custom designed grip tape whilst the wheels feature a double sided design with collaborative branding and the specific skaters name for each colorway. The TPS speaker features collaborative branding across the speaker grill. Details of this can be seen in the pictures, below left.

I'm curious to see how effective the grip tape would be whilst out skating, although the holes look sick, part of me thinks they would actually be quite slippy.
