Miko Spinelli

Italian born, London-based, Miko Spinelli has just recently unveiled his debut premium collection. He draws his inspiration from a blend of cultures and traditions, world cities and remote tropical places. Miko has combined his traveling and cultural experiences with his flair for Italian luxurious aesthetic to create his first eagerly anticipated collection.

The collection is a contemporary, high fashion, decadent, take on classic streetwear silhouettes. The body of the jackets are built out of cottons with intricate pattern detailing reminiscent of rich tapestries. Manufactured in Florence by the same craftsmen that have developed garments for top fashion houses in Italy, premium materials and exclusivity are key here.

The influences of ancient temples, mosaic tiles and Asian cultures can be seen through the luminous shades of warm oranges, gold and geometric shapes reflective of the décor of far eastern architecture. The collection is available in a broad range of fabrics complimented with matching statement caps, but for me it's all about the jackets.
