Acapulco Gold Fall '12 Lookbook: Sunny Place for Shady People

Acapulco Gold's latest lookbook for Fall/Winter '12 displays a brand that is continually on the rise.
The Scorpion 'G' Baseball Jacket is a perfect example, demonstrating the brand's commitment to quality, as it's crafted from Canadian Melton Wool and made in the USA. I've always been a fan of their outerwear/cut & sew options and I'm glad to see some strong iterations of both for this season.
Their tees have been influenced by staple Japanese imagery for the season, with koi carp and geishas being added to the repertoire of Acapulco Gold graphics. The camouflage corduroy work pants are a subtle take on the camo trend, which works really well in my opinion. There are some gems in their 'street basics' hoodies and crewnecks too, like this Wild Bear 'A' sweater to the left, and it's Cobra counterpart.

The AG headwear range is always strong, and rounds out the collection nicely with a selection of New Era fitteds, snapbacks and knit beanies dressed in a plethora of prints and logos: digital fair isle, chip camo and Lo Bears among them.
All in all, Sunny Place for Shady People is a solid lookbook for a very strong collection. It's available now from the Acapulco Gold online store.
