Ronnie Fieg x Asics GT II Teaser - Salmons(?)

I'm never tired of seeing what Ronnie Fieg comes up with next and I'm a huge fan of the personal level the man goes to when unveiling his latest projects. The last two Fieg releases I've seen have come straight from the man himself via his Twitter and Instagram rather than through re-blogging or third hand.

These images of a forthcoming Asics GT II come with the comment; "These had to take a swim #Shahaim'd" which to me suggests that, judging by the colorway, these could well be Asics GT II 'Salmons'. The tonal orange/red colorway looks insane and the grey/teal accents pop really well and make for an altogether tidy build. Accompanying the picture of the sneakers were two tilt shift images of a young lady wearing the GT II's (which are out of focus) on the beach in Miami. These are the kind of shots we're accustomed to from the man behind some of the biggest releases in the industry and I'm pleased they continue.

Ronnie Fieg makes the most of his releases and makes every drop feel as special as the last, giving one a sense of quality, workmanship and passion for his chosen media.

Another choice build then. Keep it locked for the drop, I presume it'll be Stateside sadly for us in the UK.
