Benny Gold - Unstructured New Era

Benny Gold have just released their Valencia collection for Spring/Summer '12 and as part of the drop the brand have created this small collection of vintage inspired Unstructured New Era Caps.

Originally worn on the baseball fields of 1945, the caps denounce the form and structure of the five panel and fitted caps which are abundant in almost every leading streetwear labels' arsenal and use the '45 relaxed approach with great success. Having already seen the likes of Norse Projects successfully apply their design work to the unstructured, albeit not built by NE, with great success it's nice to see Benny Gold also delivering.

We are presented with three colorways of white, grey and black each of which, respectively, have contrasting black, red and green Visor and 'B' branding. All three look strong and are finished off with '16 classics' and the BG paper plane logo on one side section of each and NE branding on the other. 

With its relaxed approach, the unstructured cap is sure to be making an appearance on a few more brands tick list before the season is out.
