Concepts x New Balance 999 - S.E.A.L

It's about time that Boston based Concepts teamed up with New Balance again and the 999 receives this much anticipated going over. The "S.E.A.L" is what we are treated to and in my eyes is probably the most dope New Balance reworking this season.
The runner comes dressed in Stain Resistant microfiber suede, Ballistic Mesh and Ultra-breathable nylon panels creating a functional upper with these key features being representative of its inspiration - the OTB Abyss II boot. Providing high pursuit traction, 
durability and comfort were key when creating the sneakers, again mirroring the functional aspect of the OTB boot.
For fall, the strong colorway of grey/tan/teal has the season written all over it. Further features of the 999 include Gusseted Tongue, Rubber N on medial side for repelling descents, Morse code encryption branding on the tongue, Military 999 typography and stitched Concepts patch on footbed.
The S.E.A.L 999 is currently available through both Concepts 
themselves and KITH NYC.
