Fjallraven Rucksack No.21

Looking like it has stepped right out of one of David Livingstone's expeditions, Fjallraven’s Rucksack No.21 is a deceptive piece of luggage. The model really goes to show you can teach an old dog new tricks.

The heritage vibe is obvious but the brand bring things right up to date using a G-1000 heavy duty waxed fabric which is a combination of water resistant polyester and cotton. The internals consist of a large main compartment and padded laptop sleeve and there is even a removable seat pad. The natural hues of No.21's body is complimented perfectly by a number of tan leather straps and sturdy metal riveting which finish things off.

Wood Wood x Eastpack "Desertion" Teaser

Wood Wood have just revealed the first image of their forthcoming collaboration with Eastpak entitled "Desertion".

Slated for a June release, the first product from the collection appears in the accompanying image. The full collection will comprise of a dozen pieces of Cali desert inspired luggage, which I'm thinking will follow the military inspired vibe which Wood Wood always execute so well. The imagery reveals what appears to be a heavyweight canvas construction with nylon and leather strapping and leather further used on the bottom quarter.
