Vans California Authentic CA ‘Native Embroidery’

For Fall 2012, Vans California present us with an Authentic Slim CA that features embroidery inspired by the ancient Incan culture of Peru, South America.

10 oz. canvas quarters are contrasted nicely by a pigskin toe box, the colourways drawn from the typical palettes seen in Inca jewelry. These two colourways offer a nice alternative to those that are into Aztec prints, but are looking for something a little different.

Vans - California Era 48 Spring '12

First conceived as Vans #95 in 1975, what we now know as the Era is arguably Vans' most iconic silhouette, which has seen every colourway under the sun in the past 36 years.

I was saying quite recently that I only really have time for Cali Vans nowadays, as they continue to create dope products with ease, whereas the standard Vans stock is somewhat less inspiring.
