James Blake - Take A Fall For Me Ft. RZA

This somewhat unlikely collaboration between one of the UK's most influential and original electronic composers and one of the Wu Tang Clan's rap legends has a dark and mysterious outcome. With this track, Blake gives us a delightful teaser and an insight to what we are to expect from his forthcoming LP 'Overgrown' out 8th April.

Forever surprising us with each release, this is one of the most anticipated albums of this year. He's also released another track dubbed 'Everyday I Ran' for his fans, sampling the Big Boi tune 'Royal Flush'.

Four Tet - 0181

Kieran Hebden, aka Four Tet, released a new album today. He produced these tracks between 1997 and 2001 but only just compiled them into a single body of work at the end of last year.

I'm not sure why he's decided to do this release, but to be honest I don't need to know. This is his eighth studio album, a beautiful Four Tet back catalogue that he has decided to release for free, what more could you ask for?

0181 comes just under the 40 minute mark, and you can stream it in it's entirety below. It will be available in vinyl shortly.

London based Maribou State recently put out an incredible mix, dubbed The Honey Collection, on their soundcloud.

Young Montana - New Blood

Young Montana is back from a four-month hiatus and the Canadian producer seems to have been hard at work. He unveiled his latest track, dubbed New Blood, on his soundcloud and if you weren't excited about his upcoming projects then you really should be after hearing this.

As an instrumental, New Blood is really the full package for me, the bassline is deep and organic, the keys are tripped out, and there's subtle horn samples sprinkled in for good measure. It holds up well on its own, but in my opinion really has quite a lot of mixtape potential. It'll be interesting to see who's going to spit over this first. Stream it below.

Thrupence - 'Thoughts' mixtape

Melbourne based producer Thrupence has just come out with this new mixtape, dubbed Thoughts (incomplete and unrefined), which is a compilation of musical sketches, thoughts and ideas created between 2007 and 2010.

Thrupence, aka Jack Vanzet, has been pumping delicious production out of his native Australia for a while now, but my first introduction was his sublime Voyages EP.

Thoughts is on the same level; delivering ethereal, chilled production for just over 28 minutes. I'm not sure whether it's been mixed chronologically, but it definitely feels that way. It seems like this tape is a reflective journey for Thrupence, which makes it a joy to listen to.

Introducing: Luvian

It's been a while since the last one, but allow me to introduce you to Luvian, an unsigned 20 year old producer and musician living in Brighton.

I found him because his latest tune is doing the rounds in the blogosphere, but I legitimately had to go through his back catalog after hearing the peaceful vocal sample and chilled, guitar laden production on Valley Girl.

It's a well put together after-hour-cut, which is guaranteed to be played out at late night smoking sessions. Once you've had a listen to the tune below, make sure you go ahead and cop Luvian's steezy Jams EP, available here.

Dntel - Still ft. Baths

Jimmy Tamborello, who you may know as one half of The Postal Service, has been producing tunes under his new Dntel moniker for a while now, and his latest effort is hypnotic to say the least.

Still demonstrates the production talent of Tamborello, it's swirling complexities pushed ever forward by a pulsating bass line. His vocal tone was made for electronic music.

Deebs - You (In My World)

Deebs is currently hard at work completing his debut EP for Belgian imprint Pelican Fly. As a preview of things to come, yesterday he leaked an original mix off of the forthcoming release (over on XLR8R) and the track is already doing the rounds on the web.

The track's glitched out synth stabs, dub influenced percussion, and tight production are definitely my cup of tea. If this is anything to go by then the EP should be an absolute beauty.

S. Carey - Two Angles

S. Carey is an extremely talented individual. Not only is he the drummer and supporting vocalist for Bon Iver, but he is a producer in his own right, having released his first solo album All We Grow in 2010.

After what was a long wait for many of his fans he will be releasing another body of work in the form of his Hoya EP, due out on May 8th. In light of this upcoming release he's uploaded a track off of the new EP to his soundcloud.

The tune is dubbed Two Angles and it is so chill. His style is very experimental, I don't quite know how to describe it. Listen to it below and be taken on a journey.
